"Rain" update

Thanks to all of you who suggested avenues I might follow to find a DVD copy of this movie.

My daughter K, who is so much smarter than me, surfed around the internet and found a copy.
She emailed the link to me and I have now purchased a copy of this movie.

I can't wait to watch it again.

  1. That's good to know that you have been able to purchase a copy. Well done to your daughter.
For just a brief moment, I thought the title had to do with the ongoing 'rain' in Britain :)
Which reminds me, must go for a canoe ride in my garden..
Have a good remainder of the weekend.

  2. A canoe ride?? There has to be photos if your garden is wet enough to do that!

  3. I'll put money on it that after you watch the movie for the first time you conclude that it was not as good as you remember. (nothing ever is)

  4. Tempo; some things are, some aren't. Right now I'm re-watching the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series and it's just as good as the first few times I watched it.

  6. I've watched Bridge on the River Kwai about eight times. It's a perfect movie, not least because women have a very small part in it.

  7. R.H. I've only seen that twice. it isn't on TV very often and I don't own a copy.

  8. Wooohoo!! Love when these things work out. Enjoy.

Now, what is Rain? Shall I Google it?

  9. Melissa; just scroll down a couple of posts and read the description. It's about a dog...
