Welcome back to Whimsical Wednesday!

The day for your googled giggle that gets you over the hump that is Wednesday and sliding down into the weekend.

Enjoy your day.
I'm going to be doing nothing after doing too much yesterday.

  2. Everybody needs a do-nothing day from time to time. Enjoy!

  3. Do nothing days are mental and physical health days. Sometimes essential, always to be enjoyed.
I have trouble storing my books (not nearly enough room) but see that I have nothing to complain about. I wonder how much room one chick-lit saga carved in stone would need...

  4. Delores; they always do. Today is real winter weather here, we have cold AND wind AND rain. With a bit of sunshine thrown in.

Susan' I'm having a great day, I've finished reading my current book, had a couple of naps, good times.

Elephant's Child; I can see the demands coming for extra caves with shelf space.

  5. That looks like back breaking work!!
Glad your real winter has arrived after all that heat you experienced right through that Indian summer which must have seemed never ending. We too have cooled down in Perth and it is very welcome.
I had a big day today (exercises group and then to a huge shopping centre - far too big) so tomorrow a rest day for me too. You have to do it that way as you begin to age. : )

  6. Mimsie; the urge to write is strong in some people, but chipping out each letter from stone just seems like too much hard work to me. I was thinking of joining an exercises group that meets at the local library once a week, but the notice on the board is two years old, so I haven't made it up there again to find out if they still meet. It's lovely to wake up to rain dripping through the trees.

  8. I'm suddenly very grateful for paper. And pencils. I hope you enjoyed your day, I always call those days my 'mental health' days. So necessary living . . .

  9. She would have arms like a long shoreman! Love the cartoon, and the sentiment.

  11. Greetings human, River,

Fred Flintstone would not be amused. Yabba dabba oohhh....

    Pawsitive wishes,

Penny the Jack Russell dog and modest internet superstar!

  12. jabblog; I always enjoy doing nothing. That's when the best plans get made.

Diane Tolley; I've been grateful for paper and pencils since I first learned to scribble. Mental health days are great.

Susan Kane; she could probably skin her own mammoth. In between chapters.

Vicki; legible writing is to be teasured. mine starts out legible and deteriorates within a sentence or three.

klahanie; Fred Flintstone...haven't thought about him in quite a while. You're right, he wouldn't be pleased, he'd prefer Wilma to be cooking his tyrannosaurus steak, not chipping out chick-lit.
