Welcome back to Whimsical Wednesday!

The day for your googled giggle that gets you over the hump that is Wednesday and sliding down into the weekend.

*Today's giggle wasn't googled, I received it via email from fishducky, who in turn received it from someone else I believe.

  3. Lovely, ethereal image. And, the very best kind of face planting... I've done a few of the not so good ones in my life :)

  5. Delores; I like this one so much I'm printing it for a bookmark.

    Joanne; very summery.

Elephant's Child; mine was onto a footpath, nice gravel rash along one cheek.

Vicki; it is pretty isn't it? I haven't face-planted often, but I remember them.

    Merle; it's very artistic.

  6. Reminds me of The 'Jumbly Girl' with hair of green who came from the sea in a sieve.
A Character from the hilarious poem 'The Dong with the luminous nose', By Edward Lear. Also a poem which would be impossible to recite.

  7. Was that really from me? I don't remember it--but I like it!!

  13. Mimsie; it's doing the rounds on the internet, so I don't think anyone could object if you printed and framed it.

Musings, Tea and Me; some people out there have fabulous imaginations!

Barbara Neubeck; I love it too, it will be printed for a book mark.

Rose~from OZ; a much better faceplant than usually meant by the word.

Vest; I may look it up, may not too. I'm not a big fan of poetry.

    Happy Christine; you're welcome.

  14. This is so clever - I am curious as to whether you thought of the phrase ”face-planting” and looked for an image ... or thought of the phrase when you saw this! Either way, I love it!

  15. Susan F; this came to me amongst other images via email and was already titled face-plant. I thought it was very clever.
