Wednesday's Words on a Friday

Image
The original Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and eventually taken over by a moveable feast of participants when Delores had computer troubles.  Long, long ago, in days of yore...Kim of Frog ponds Rock, (who no longer blogs), dreamed up a meme called Sunday Selections.  A place where those who were willing could put up photos they wanted to share, new, old, good, bad or indifferent, any photos you please.  Nothing rude or vulgar though. The meme is now continued by Elephant's Child and I occasionally join in as do a few others. Drop in to Elephant's Child and have a look. Off we go again >>> I bought new hotplate covers, the old ones had started to rust around the edges and I was sick of looking at them anyway I don't know how many of you will remember Garden Guardian Harley, my biggest garden gnome, he had a brown hat too and was getting very weathered out there, so I brought him in for a makeover, starting with a red hat He is so badly worn some of his plaster has eroded away where the paint wore off, this is his left boot I moved him into the back porch as the paint fumes were too strong to keep work...

This is the mouse mat I bought many years ago when I had a desk top computer. These days I have a laptop and use the finger pad, so this is a place mat now to protect my table top from hot dishes.   Oh no! A murder of crows has descended upon the fairy village! I was given a small bottle of gold paint, so have been making "pots of gold", now I just need to make the rainbows. My concrete Leprechaun doorstop also has had a touch of gold added to his pot. including the padlock and the dropped coin under his b...

Real news or Fake?

On my Yahoo news page, it says Trump and wife Melania have tested positive for Covid 19 and will begin the quarantine and recovery immediately.
