That looks like my kind of breakfast.
Just what I feel like boiled eggs for breakfast but the henny ones.Merle..........
Beautifully done. But my chocolate lust certainly isn't awake at that hour. Fortunately.
Interesting!!! Wonder how they do that.
Delores; I prefer my eggs fried. and real.Merle; I almost never have boiled eggs unless I'm making egg sandwiches, then they're hard boiled and mashed with mayo.Elephant's Child; nor mine. I get the chocolate munchies mid afternoon or late at night.Mimsie; I'd say they're Cadbury Creme eggs, just looking at the way that one is clinging to the spoon.
I hope it is Cadbury. The other idea is just wrong.
Susan Kane; yes it is. Vicki; some people have great imaginations.
I made these a couple of years ago for The Swede's grandson at Easter after seeing them on a Sydney baking blog. Remarkably, they are really easy (hollow bought eggs filled with a cheesecake mixture with a yolk made of passionfruit curd and apricot jam) and the kids loved them. Okay, the adults also scoffed them. :-)
