  2. I'm too tired to type too. Lots of typos.... "I saw your" and "it perked me up." Prob lots of others. Boy it was a long day on my knees. Maybe I should have also been praying as long as I was down there.

  4. Manzanita; I always find that when I've been on my hands and knees all day It takes me at least an hour to get back upright again. glad I perked you up.

Elephant's Child; absolutely, half-baked leaves room for improvement, and we desperately need some of that.

  5. A lot of the problem stems - I think - from the fact some people say, it's lights only and guzzle power on everything else and some are adamant it everything off for the hour.
    Definitely some room for improvement

  7. Cathy; lots of room for improvement, not only in the power stakes. The way humans treat each other could stand a lot of work too.

Mimsie; now that we know, let's do our part to make things better.

  8. I love The Far side! Gary Larson certainly knew which buttons to press.

Yes, nice to know that even God has kitchen disasters. I wonder if he put too many Jerks into the mixture.

It looks a bit like my poor Hummingbird Cake from the other day. I swear I tested it first and the skewer came out clean. Only when it had cooled did I discover that it was runny in the middle. Bugger!

  9. It's not the planet that's half baked...it's the population.

  10. I think God may have left our an ingredient or two.

  11. Marie; my daughter has a whole book of Gary Larson comics; if only I could find it...
Runny cake? Call it pudding and serve with custard.

Delores; you're right, we're not fully developed yet, but we're making progress.

Susan Kane; not enough kindness and compassion. An extra pinch of humility might have been good too.
