For Sue,
who is no longer with us, but will always be with us
Sue was a friend to so many, always caring, always kind. I never met her in real life and I wish I had been able to at least once.
she will be missed so very very much.

Always in our hearts.
I am so sorry for your loss.
ReplyDeletejabblog; thank you.
DeleteYes,it's a big loss. But we'll remember her.
ReplyDeleteBoud; we will always remember her.
DeleteI am not sure if I "knew" her or not, as no blog is mentioned, I want you to know that I am very sorry for your loss.
ReplyDeleteLinda's Relaxing Lair; this is Sue, aka Elephant's Child, from "myjustsostory.blogspot.com.au" Thank you
DeleteRiver, I feel your loss. You described her well, "always caring, always kind". She has left a huge empty place in so many lives, including mine.
ReplyDeletejenny_o; thank you, I feel hollow this morning, like something is missing.
DeleteWhat a heartbreak and loss for all of us. My eyes are leaky, too.
ReplyDeletemessymimi; thank you, we shall have leaky eyes for a while I think.
DeleteI am crushed.
ReplyDeleteCindi; thank you, I think we all are.
DeleteThere are people who I know via blogging who I really wish I had met, and Sue is one of them. Thanks for you nice words about someone who will be so missed.
ReplyDeleteAndrew; I have a short list of people I would like to meet, Sue is on there, you are too, I wish I hadn't chickened out last time, and a couple of others.
DeleteSounds like an item to tick off the list!
DeleteI remember her, too, if just as a sometime-visitor. It is sad we have to say good bye.
ReplyDeleteEven if not met in real life... when Ingo was so severly sick it was the blogger-world that kept me sane, that helped me take the challenge - I think I know how you feel.
My Tuesday-journal I only kept due to a former blogger, too. She was super-fit, then had an operation and passed away. Just like that. I am sorry. Life is an... "hm-hm-hm" sometimes. To keeping the memory.
Iris; I think there are very many people who knew Sue through her comments at their blogs, others kept in touch with emails, I did but not often enough, she was always caring and helpful.
DeleteI just read on Andrew's blog, R. So, so sad, a beautiful lady. May she R.I.P
ReplyDeleteWe will miss her terribly.
Margaret D; Sue will be very much missed by all of us.
DeleteMargaret,
ReplyDeleteSame here. A loss of a close blogging friend is as deep a loss as a friend at work or family.
hels; I didn't know her personally, but only as part of my blogging "family" , yet I cried so hard I could barely see.
DeleteHi River - thank you for posting this so necessary post for us all ... she was a very much loved blogging friend - she had a way with words ... as we know - and we can all see via the comments here and on her own blog. So desperate when we lose such a good companion. We learn so much from each other. This is a beautiful farewell song for her -- thank you ... with thoughts - Hilary
ReplyDeleteYes we will miss her, her never failing encouragement and search for beauty. I don't know if I can ever see a kangaroo without crying again.
ReplyDeleteSue deserved a longer, healthier life.
ReplyDeleteI like the musical farewell 💔
She will be missed. She was such a kind soul and I still can't believe it. Truly missed. 🤍
