A little late but here I am and with no intro blurb..... We've been promised a week of cooler temperatures, so I've been taking advantage of that to get a little freezer work done. Also out walking more, now there's no danger of melting on the footpath and running into the gutter and down a drain. Here's this morning's work: all nicely packaged and labelled in reusable lunchboxes ready to cook burgers, I'd better remember to buy burger buns pre-cooked sausages, I like to cook the whole pack at once then freeze them, since I rarely eat more than one sausage at a time and it seems wasteful to use the griller for just one sausage. into the freezer with them.
