Sunday Selections # 726
Long ago, Kim of Frog Ponds Rock, (who no longer blogs), dreamed up a meme called Sunday Selections. A place where those who were willing could put up photos they wanted to share, new, old, good, bad or indifferent, any photos you please. Nothing rude or vulgar though. And we don't mind at all if other bloggers care to join us. The meme is now continued by Elephant's Child and I join in as do a few others. Andrew is one. Messymimi is another. Drop in to their blogs and have a look. Wisewebwoman has also been joining us more often. **Elephant's Child is taking a break for the month of February** Continuing our road trip, today sees us in Snowtown, a small place 100km north of Adelaide. The welcome sign has an original windmill and the new wind power generators which we saw in a recent post along the hilltops for several miles. a painted water tower the infamous "bodies in barrels" bank which is no longer a bank All Bank signage was removed a long time ago an...

DeleteHere's hoping it is a MUCH better year.
ReplyDeleteElephant's Child; it couldn't get much worse (I hope), and as well as better, I'm hoping for wetter. That would be a real 'change in climate' for us who are always too dry.
DeleteHappy New Year to you and the smaller portion and Jazz.

ReplyDeletejoeh; Happy New Year to you and Mrs C.
DeleteMy very best wishes to you for 2020, River...and big cuddles to Lovely Lady Lola. :)

ReplyDeleteA blessed and beautiful Happy New Year to all of you!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year River! I'm very happy to see 2019 in the rear view, it was such an odd year for me! I hope that 2020 is better for all of us! It's a new decade!!! New beginnings!! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, River. I'm praying that the fires are contained and out very soon. We have fires out here in Idaho and they are so scary. One year they were so close to my sister's house we hosed everything down, grabbed important papers and photos and her pups and loaded up the car ready to evacuate. Her husband was running equipment to help contain the fires and we were waiting for him to tell us to head down the mountain. Fortunately, we didn't have to but it really was so very scary.
ReplyDeleteI second that! Happy New Year!
