Whimsical Wednesday # 164

Welcome back to Whimsical Wednesday!

The day for your googled giggle that gets you over the hump that is Wednesday and sliding down into the weekend.

Know any good knock knock jokes?

Here's one you've probably heard before:

Knock Knock
Who's there?
Goliath who?
Goliath down, you looketh tired.

  1. Firstly, Neil Diamond will be performing at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre 31st October, 2015, Rive.

I've not heard this joke before...thanks for the early morning smile. :)

  2. No not heard it before, but would I remember it.

  3. I suppose the first caveman has just come back from visiting a far off land, where the people live in wood huts.....

I like your knock knock joke, River :)

    Knock, knock!
    Who's there?
    Boo who?
    Don't cry; it's only a knock-knock joke.

Will you remember me in an hour?
Will you remember me in a day?
Will you remember me in a week?
Will you remember me in a month?
Will you remember me in a year?
    I think you won't.
    Yes, I will.

    Knock, knock!
    Who's there?
    See? You've forgotten me already!

  4. Knock, knock!
    Who's there?
    Interrupting cow.

  5. Delores; I thought I'd posted it before, but maybe I just took it to work.

Lee; October 31st, thanks, it's in my diary now.

    Merle; it's a good one.

Vicki; a travelling caveman! And now he'll use the knock knock jokes to get people interested in doors and quite possibly windows.

fishducky; I haven't heard that one before.

    1. Yes! A travelling caveman!
Those caves can get mighty chilly in the winter without a door to shut out the cold... and the sabre toothed tigers :)

  6. Loved the caveman knock knock and the other one not bad either. I won't bother adding any as I am sure any I know are the ones everyone else remembers too. Remember "Isabel" and "Teresa" etc? I am sure you do.
Hope you are enjoying the cooler weather.
I found a couple more Dick Francis books. I know you have lots to read but will pop them in the mail one by one if you want them. I know you pass them on to your son to read.
