Musical Monday
I was introduced to
Musical Monday by Delores who copied the meme from another site.
I think it’s a fun way
to show off some of the music we like and brighten up our Mondays at the same
time.
I’ll be finding my clips
on you tube, so will simply credit that site since there are often so many
versions of everything and I wouldn’t want to accidentally credit the wrong
artist.

And as we warm up (too fast) I do find myself envying people with snow in their world.

All my plugs are blocked at the moment.

ReplyDeleteElephant's Child; I like the idea of snow much more than I would like the real thing. Cold is fine, but freezing for months at a time is too much.
ReplyDeleteMerle; that's a shame about your plugs, can you listen to these on youtube? I've heard that from people who have been to America, they looked forward to the snow, but came home early as it was too cold.

ReplyDeleteI have always enjoyed the Dean Martin version, but then I am a true Dean Martin fan.
This lass does a good job with the song though so thanks for sharing a delightful catchy tune.
...and like EC we here in Oz really do dream of a white Christmas....just once would be wonderful.
Mimsie; I listened to the Dean Martin version, then chose this one anyway because Trisha Yearwood is a favourite of mine.

ReplyDeleteWhy? Boxing Day is part of Christmas...I'll be fine. Christmas music is always a part of my Christmas...as is classical music...Christmas morning is filled with classical music here within my four or so walls. :)

I do like Trisha Yearwood, and her husband is pretty good, too. He's back performing again after quite a few years away from it all.
