Musical Monday # 35
Musical Monday
I was introduced to
Musical Monday by Delores who copied the meme from another site.
I think it’s a fun way
to show off some of the music we like and brighten up our Mondays at the same
time.
I’ll be finding my clips
on you tube, so will simply credit that site since there are often so many
versions of everything and I wouldn’t want to accidentally credit the wrong
artist.
Today’s clip is: something a little different and I hope it works.
We Need A Little Christmas, by the singers from Glee with a movie clip from Warehouse 13.
if this uploads you will be watching a video clip made by my daughter K, with a song by the kids from Glee and a movie clip from the show Warehouse 13.
Many of you may not know about Warehouse 13.
It is science fiction, the Warehouse is a storage facility that houses many of the world's magical artifacts (Aladdin's Lamp etc) and keeps them dormant so no magic is released. Of course that doesn't always work, as some of the artifacts are evil enough to create trouble simply by jumping off a shelf into a handbag and getting carried out into the world.
I'm fairly sure plenty of you will know about Glee. about a high school Glee Club with all members being amazing singers and dancers.

Goodness K is talented. And today I appreciate her artistry more than the song...
ReplyDeleteElephant's Child; she's my go-to whiz kid when I have computer problems. She talks a mile a minute and when I say slow down she tells me I need to listen faster...so I write down her instructions in step-by-step form.
ReplyDeleteVery jolly and a good tune to get one in the mood for the festive season.
ReplyDeleteI must admit I've not heard of Glee or Warehouse but then I find these days there are so many things I've not heard of nor likely to. I don't even know what my family enjoy in the way of music, entertinment etc so can't keep up with modern trends.
You are fortunate to have K to help you with computer problems altho' I somehow feel you don't have that many. My son-in-law is fantastic but rather too good as I can never really follow what he does with my computer and if I ask my daughter for help she usually tells me "I told you that already" which is not a big help either. I guess that is why I remain very computer illiterate.
I never missed an episode of "Glee"...I really enjoyed that show. I like the story lines...they touched on some very pertinent issues and handled them well. And the cast was so very talented.
ReplyDeleteMimsie; I have to say my daughter has never once told me "I told you that already". She asks me to show her what I did, then tells me which step I've missed. It has been a long time since I needed her help though. I think you are very computer literate managing to blog and put up photos too, and don't forget email. Those two and surfing the web to find things are really all most of us need and you've certainly learned those.
ReplyDeleteLee; I haven't watched a lot of Glee, I can borrow my K's episodes if I want to, but I have so many other TV shows on dvd that I watch already it may be a while before I'm ready for more Glee.
