Musical Monday


I was introduced to Musical Monday by Delores who copied the meme from another site.

I think it’s a fun way to show off some of the music we like and brighten up our Mondays at the same time. 

I’ll be finding my clips on you tube, so will simply credit that site since there are often so many versions of everything and I wouldn’t want to accidentally credit the wrong artist.

    Damn...I wrote a comment but didn't click on "Publish"! I got lost in playing some songs from around the same era...you started me off, River! :)

    I've not heard this song for a long, long time. It's a prime example of the pop sounds of the early to mid-80s.

    whiteangel; it's from way back in the 80s, easy to miss if you're terribly busy doing other things.

    Don't know the artists nor the song but then I don't know much past the 70s so it's not surprising. I think it reminded me a little of Donovan, a British artist from the 60s.

 The original Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and eventually taken over by a moveable feast of participants when Delores had computer troubles.
