Musical Monday # 68

Musical Monday

I was introduced to Musical Monday by Delores who copied the meme from another site.

I think it’s a fun way to show off some of the music we like and brighten up our Mondays at the same time.

I’ll be finding my clips on you tube, so will simply credit that site since there are often so many versions of everything and I wouldn’t want to accidentally credit the wrong artist.

I don't do these every week now, just alternate weeks.

Today’s clip is: Brooks and Dunn

My Heart is Lost to You

and the lyrics:

I hope you enjoy these,

if you do, or not, why not consider joining in?

Just leave me a comment here and I'll pop over and see what kind of music you like to listen to .
Mimsie does a selection of her favourites on Fridays.

  1. I love Brookes and Dunn. They're back together again, too...they've been touring the US this year.

    Good stuff, River! :)

  2. Not one I knew. Hardly surprising. I am a musical moron.
Andrew is playing today too. Which is lovely.

  3. Lee; back together? I didn't know they'd been apart.

Elephant's Child; it's American country&western, not usually heard on Australian radio. I'll get over to Andrew's....

    Vicki; you're welcome.

    1. Yeah...they broke up in 2010 and each went solo for a while...but they reformed this year.

One of them...I forget which one now visited Australia earlier this year or late last year sometime...he performed on "Sunrise"...he was great.

  7. I'd never heard of them before but I really quite enjoyed it. I often wonder where I've been hiding over the years never to have listened to so much that you share with us. I must have turned my radio off once I returned to work perhaps!! That may account for it and I never turned it on again.
