    I had a student who wanted to know where pickles came from. When the class told her they came from cucumbers, she swore she would never eat another pickle.

  13. Love Calvin & Hobbes. Our son is a big fan as well - bought all the books over time, and was so disappointed when the author stopped drawing them.

    1. jenny_o; I wanted to buy all the books, but when I searched for them online and in bookstores, I was shocked at the price. WAAAAY above my budget :(
