She's okay!

 I emailed jabblog (Janice) a few days ago to ask if she is okay as several of us were concerned that she had not updated her blog in a while. 

I received this reply yesterday:

Dear Elsie, 

My apologies for my absence.
Thank you so much for your concern. All is well here; I'm just rather busy and finding it difficult to pick up blogging again. I keep trying and failing, but hope to get going again soon. Breathless pauses all around . . . ;-)

    I am on jabblog's side. We all put hours into each blog post - researching, writing and editing. Yet for weeks nobody gave us any warnings about what was happening to the blogging programme. I thought it was my computer, until I saw other bloggers explain their dilemma on line.

      Hels; both of you do so much research and put up things that we can learn from, (while I am a last minute "let's get this done" type) and blogger messing about didn't help as I thought at first perhaps I just wasn't getting her updates.

  Welcome to 2026! I hope this is a good year for everyone, hopefully even better than last year. Try not to fall over folks, it's not fun.  🌞🎈🎉 Coming to you from sunny Australia, that big lump of land under the equator.  Sunday Selections will be continuing, hosted by me , participation is optional, if you can't manage every week for any reason, that's okay. Words for Wednesday will also be continuing, hosted by me , and again, participation is optional, play when you can, take a break when you need to.  Charlotte will be providing a colour for each month as she did last year, we try to use the colour somewhere in our posts, either photographing something with that colour or using it in another way.
