Words for Wednesday
The original Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and eventually taken over by a moveable feast of participants when Delores had computer troubles. Sadly, Delores has now closed her blog forever due to other problems.
The aim of the words is to encourage us to write. A story, a poem, whatever comes to mind.
If you are posting an entry on your own blog, please let us know so we can come along to read it and add a few encouraging words.
This month the words/prompts are supplied by River and can be found here
This week's words/prompts are:
1.chips 2.herd 3.clamped 4.walk 5.over 6.cheese
Charlotte's colour of the month is Ocean Twilight
My story should appear on this blog on Friday 20th

River has selected some fine words. Have a Happy St. Patrick's Day.
ReplyDeleteDVArtist; thank you, River is me.
DeleteI’m working on it.
ReplyDeletemessymimi; I'll be happy to read it.

Since I´m officially old I don´t crave chips anymore (maybe you also call them crisps?) - I am over it! I still love cheese.
ReplyDeleteAnd I feel quite clamped in a herd of people (or any being) but I walk, maybe not in Twilight and the Ocean is too far away now...
Sorry, that is all I can come up with but isn´t it funny. I LOVED chips and now. I think months ago Ingo bought a bag and it sits "somewhere" still!
Iris; great use of the words. I don't crave chips anymore either, but I will have some if they are offered at a friends home. I love cheese too, but I think I eat too much of it.
DeleteGood words R.
ReplyDeleteMargaret D; thank you. Now, what will you write with them?
DeleteI just continue my dream-story of Peter's Time Travel .
ReplyDeleteCharlotte; I will read it after I get home from visiting with the twins.
DeleteA fine challenge
ReplyDeleteRuby Rose and the Big Little Angels 3; will you join?
