Whew!I'm exhausted! :-)Pearl
Now that's my kind of exercise!
This is a philosophy which supports my own - live every day as though it were the last.Yesterday a young girl died when she lost control of her car while talking on her cellphone to her boyfriend. I just hope she had not been dieting.
Does reading it twice count? Probably not. I have just read two blocks doesn't sound very virtuous...
I want one.
Seems about my sort of exercise and what I'm capable of these days...hilarious.
Pearl; I got exhausted just finding that picture. I knew I had it stashed somewhere, but which file?Jackie K; mine too.Ann O'Dyne; that's very sad and there's all those advertisements on TV showing how easily such tragic things can happen.Elephant's Child; of course reading it twice counts, that's eye exercise. Joanne; any block shaped thing will do, a book for instance.Mimsie; some days all I can do is think about exercise. Then I have days like today, where I've walked miles and not even noticed.
Haha! Love it. Who needs a pedometer?
You didn't say what kind of block so I'm going for a very large block of chocolate and I will be good and walk around it four times before I eat it.
Vicki; I've thought about getting one, just to find out how many steps I do in one day.JahTeh; spot on! Exercise AND the reward. I like the way you think.
I LOVE that!!!
Delores; exercise without the sweat.
