I totally forgot to include these with the Sunday Selections!

"no-one" went out with her camera or maybe it was her phone, and caught last week's Blood Moon,

I didn't even bother trying, my area is too built up to see the moon until it is way up high, plus I forgot.

  1. Congratulations to No-One. It was too cloudy here - and I was doing a LL shift.

    1. Elephant's Child; I don't remember if it was cloudy here but no one must have chosen the right moment to go out.

  2. But I can't see the moon properly. I've previously been impressed with No-One's photos. 😉

    1. Andrew; the photos are dark and so is the moon, perhaps if you enlarge them?

  3. I never get good shots of celestial events. I gave up a long time ago.

    1. Char;otte; I don't know if it was cloudy here, probably not since "no-one" lives in the same city, but across the other side from me.

  6. I was awake around 5:00 a.m. when it happened here, and I knew it was happening, but I didn't go out to look. I've been spoiled by seeing a couple eclipses over the past year or so, I guess.

    1. Val; I don't blame you not going out. The weather is getting cold where you are, best to stay snuggled under your blankets.

  8. These are much appreciated. We've had lots of clouds and cold here, so no pretty nights to look at the moon.

    1. messymimi; you're heading into winter, there won't be much clear sky for quite a while I expect.

    2. I didn't have to go out to have a look...just turn my head and I could see it from the window above my bed.

  10. I'm not sure we could even see it here, but in any case, I was asleep. :)
