I have had the BEST morning
My grand daughter and her partner visited from interstate so I could meet my great grandson.
He is seven weeks old tomorrow and I held him for so long I can still feel him.
My mind is swimming in new baby bliss.

I am very, very happy for you.
ReplyDeleteElephant's Child; my grin is so wide right now :)
DeleteWhat a lovely feeling. Congratulations!
ReplyDeletejabblog; thank you :)
DeleteYou are swamped with babies. Way to go!
ReplyDeleteAndrew; we do love babies in my family :)
DeleteBaby bliss is such a perfect description. We will be in Illinois May 1-8, where our three youngest gr-kids are. Flynn will have a 5th birthday, Ambrose will be 3 or 4 in October, and Dottie will be 2. Cannot wait.
ReplyDeleteSusan Kane; it's surprising just how fast they grow isn't it?
DeleteWhat joy! I am very happy for you, and them.
ReplyDeletemessymimi; i am very happy for them too, they are wonderful parents. The father is Greek and sings and talks to baby in both languages so he will grow up bi-lingual.
Delete"New baby bliss...", a perfect description.
ReplyDeleteJoanne; new baby bliss should be bottled and sold so everyone could feel like this.
DeleteWhat a treat! I'm sure he seemed tiny, what with the twins growing so fast and crawling now.
ReplyDeleteVal; he did seem tiny, but I still remember the "nothing" weight of the girls at two DAYS old.
DeleteWhat a fun post! Bliss away, River, bliss away!
ReplyDeleteThe Happy Whisk; I am still blissing :)
Deleteain't it grand?
ReplyDeleteyellowdoggranny; the very best kind of grand :)
