Long ago, Kim of Frog Ponds Rock, (who no longer blogs), dreamed up a meme called Sunday Selections. A place where those who were willing could put up photos they wanted to share, new, old, good, bad or indifferent, any photos you please. Nothing rude or vulgar though. And we don't mind at all if other bloggers care to join us. The meme is now continued by Elephant's Child and I join in as do a few others. Andrew is one. Messymimi is another. Drop in to their blogs and have a look. Wisewebwoman has also been joining us occasionally. Brother R came to visit and brought me some old paperwork belonging to my dad, who has been dead for 25 and a half years now. I can actually relate to this one ;-)
ReplyDeleteJimmy; I think we all can :)
DeleteIt's free time until you remember.
ReplyDeletejoeh; that's so true :)
DeleteWith the two big holidays coming up, I have to make a list. Otherwise, somebody's not getting a gift, or the meal will be one course short!

ReplyDeleteAnd my to-do lists keep getting longer.
Elephant's Child; I found some old to-do lists in a drawer yesterday, nothing had been crossed off on them and it just didn't matter anymore that those things hadn't got done. I tore them up. Today my only to-do is getting Lola to the vet for her manicure.
DeleteHope that manicure goes well,
DeleteHa ha, I'll take it under any disguise.
ReplyDeleteArkansas Patti; I love free time, naps too :)
DeleteThen you remember what you are supposed to be doing and say to yourself, tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteAndrew; sometimes I say tomorrow, other times I say it doesn't matter and keep doing nothing. Nothing seems as important as it used to.
DeleteI think we've all had a lovely brain injury, and find little matters. :-)
ReplyDeleteJoanne; you may be right, the bump on the head from standing up under an open cabinet door probably nudged me into "what the heck" territory.
Deletelol. Good one :)
ReplyDeleteMargaret-whiteangel; it's me :)
DeleteThat cartoon was PERFECT!!
ReplyDeletefishducky; yes it is :)
DeleteI will definitely pay that one!!!
