    I loved singing along with Martina McBride because the words were there and no one could her me joining in. Also loved the Christmas around the world. Thank you River.

    Loved Boney M's trip around the globe. I think the pandemic has made us all aware we share this planet with so many different cultures but we all basically want the same things.

      Iris Flavia; this has been around since the 80s. I don't understand German, but I know the song so I can listen without wondering what they are saying. Merry Christmas to you too and Ingo.

      They say.... oh, never mind, all correct, just with a little un-German accent... but, hey, they do great!!!!
      I remember being in the car and listening to their pop-music from a cassette! A cassette! Mum always took it with her cause Dad hated this "modern music". The 80´s ... oh.... long ago.

    Merry Christmas Maid River! O Holy Night is my favourite. When you come here I'm taking you to All you can eat for ten dollars, and bugger the expense!
    We can get married, I've got a house, all you have to do is cook meals, clean the place up, and say how wonderful I am.

Words for Wednesday

 The original Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and eventually taken over by a moveable feast of participants when Delores had computer troubles. Sadly, Delores has now closed her blog forever due to other problems. The aim of the words is to encourage us to write. A story, a poem, whatever comes to mind.
