Musical Monday # 110

Musical Monday

I was introduced to Musical Monday by Delores who copied the meme from another site.

I think it’s a fun way to show off some of the music we like and brighten up our Mondays at the same time.

I’ll be finding my clips on you tube, so will simply credit that site since there are often so many versions of everything and I wouldn’t want to accidentally credit the wrong artist.

Today’s clip is: Jimmy Barnes

When Your Love Is Gone

    1. S.J.Qualls; thank you. Most of my choices are older songs that I learned to love when my kids were teens; they had radios and cassettes playing all the time. And of course the TV music shows

    1. Cheryl; this is an oldie from the 80's, the singer is Jimmy Barnes, an Australian rocker, the kids who came on stage at the end are his children.

    1. Elephant's Child; they do always seem to have fun on stage and I loved seeing his children joining him.

  4. I hope you're safe and secure during the wild weather you're experiencing down your way, River. Keep that new lamp handy, just in case. I hope you don't lose power again. Take good care.

    1. Lee; wild weather indeed, I saw three umbrellas getting blown out today, the rain is bucketing down, gutters and corners are flooded, passing cars are sending up water sprays about a metre high. it's a good day to be inside.

  5. For some reason the sound is gone of my computer this morning so will have to check back later to hear the music. Bummer:-(

  6. Wild wild weather and now heading for Melbourne. Thank goodness the 30 foot Norfolk Pine was cut down last month. I bet Angel doesn't care so much for the outdoors in winter.

    1. JahTeh; angel is still as keen as ever to get outside. He comes back in soaking wet, I towel him as dry as I can while he eats a few mouthfuls of food, then he goes right back out. I've given up standing in a freezing cold open doorway calling him, I just go to bed and wait to hear him miaowing.
It's 9C here today, with wind and rain, I got chilled to the bone waiting for buses to and from the dentist.
