I'm taking a break from blogging

I'm all out of ideas, plus there's a lot going on here that needs more of my attention than I've been giving.

I have nothing more pre-scheduled apart from the December Calendar Tuesday, yesterday was my last Whimsical Wednesday until I get things back on track here. Maybe I'll even clean my floors (*~*)
Or cook something.

I'll still be around, reading and commenting, just not posting.
I will still do the Words for Wednesday challenges.

With a bit of luck I'll be "rejuvenated" in the new year and begin again, or at least soon after.

If you miss my Whimsical Wednesdays too much, pop on over to fishducky, she always has something to laugh at.

    1. Grace; yes, fatigue, but not only with blogging. Life is a bit too hard right now. I need sleep. And real books. And a few days by the ocean.

    1. Elephant's Child; overwhelmed is a good word, too much all at once. Or too much since Angel disappeared. Perhaps someone else will join in Sunday Selections for a while.

  5. Here's to you and your break time. I hope it helps and brings attention to the other matters you mentioned. Cheer to you in the coming 2018.

    1. The Happy Whisk; I do need to give a lot of attention to a couple of things in particular, trying to sort things out and coming up against brick walls isn't fun. It will work out eventually.

  6. We all get those times when a break is necessary. Blogging should never feel like a job. Enjoy, rejuvenate, and we will be here when you get back.

    1. Arkansas Patti; it has felt like a job lately, when it used to just be so much fun. I'll be around in the comments and with the Words for Wednesdays.

  7. I know the feeling. It's partly caused by the time of year methinks. Happy cleaning/cooking etc.

    1. only slightly confused; not the time of year so much, I never do much for Christmas preparation, but the summer heat and a few other real life things have all dumped themselves on me. I do know I'll feel better once I've scrubbed the life out of a few things, that always works. The physical exhaustion brings better sleep.

  8. Even if you have the time, it can be difficult to focus on blogging when a lot is happening in life. See you back soon.

    1. Snoskred; I've had short breaks before, but this time I need some real time off from thinking about what to post. Comments are easier, but I still may miss a few days even there.
