Musical Monday # 71
Musical Monday
I was introduced to
Musical Monday by Delores who copied the meme from another site.
I think it’s a fun way
to show off some of the music we like and brighten up our Mondays at the same
time.
I’ll be finding my clips
on you tube, so will simply credit that site since there are often so many
versions of everything and I wouldn’t want to accidentally credit the wrong
artist.
Today’s clip is something a little different. I saw this when I went to see a movie a couple of months ago, the clip was shown before the feature.
Lava Song
and the lyrics:
I hope you enjoy this bit of whimsy.
Quirky and you actually understand the words.
ReplyDeleteAnd sweet whimsy it is. I lava to start a Monday morning with a smile and this little ditty brought a smile to my face...I lava it! :)
ReplyDeleteI imagine you've seen or heard that Red and Lizzie are returning to our TV screens this week, River...."The Blacklist".... Thursday night! I look forward to their return! :)
Interesting...
ReplyDeleteA lonely volcano. Never would have considered it.
Andrew is right, it is nice that you can understand the words.
A simple tune and lyrics with ever word understood. How refreshing.
ReplyDeleteThis is so lovely! The ukulele and sweet interweaving--so good.
ReplyDeleteSo sweet. I like Pixar.
ReplyDeleteI'm disappointed, I chose the wrong clip. There's one with the Volcano pining and dying, then a female volcano rising and eventually the male rises again and they are together.
ReplyDeleteAndrew; I like quirky, and I love being able to understand the words.
Lee; I lava a little whimsy myself and YES! I've heard Red and Lizzie are back, I've circled the time slot on Thursday with red pen. I know it might start late as these things often do, so I'll be sure to have a nap that afternoon so I can stay awake. Lizzie dyes her hair blonde....(*~*), I want to know what happens to Tom!
Elephant's Child; it isn't the right clip though, I made a boo-boo which will be corrected at some point.
Margaret-whiteangel; very simple and very sweet.
Susan Kane; I like a well played ukelele, my dad was quite good, although he mostly played piano accordion and harmonica on summer nights as we kids played outside.
Vicki; very sweet and the clip I meant to post is even better. I'll find it...
