Long ago, Kim of Frog Ponds Rock, (who no longer blogs), dreamed up a meme called Sunday Selections. A place where those who were willing could put up photos they wanted to share, new, old, good, bad or indifferent, any photos you please. Nothing rude or vulgar though. And we don't mind at all if other bloggers care to join us. The meme is now continued by Elephant's Child and I join in as do a few others. Andrew is one. Messymimi is another. Drop in to their blogs and have a look. Wisewebwoman has also been joining us occasionally. Beginning today with a few photos of my TV screen, on the news: In the far north, the APY Lands (I think, it was a while ago) the indigenous people held their own Grand Final football match: in the heat and the red dust much fun was had spectators as well as players it was lovely to see, quite a change from the city matches with over-crowded stands and all the cheering and booing that goes on. on another TV show: she really killed...

ReplyDeletejoeh; seems we're all in the same boat :)
ReplyDeletePearl; I usually say umm, ummm, that thingy :)
Joanne; you're not alone Joanne, we're all here with you :)
Delores; I do a lot of that, I forget sometimes that I'm not the only one. See? Lost information :)
I can't even find my brain! I've misplaced it!
ReplyDeleteI suspect that the Bermuda Triangle is a very, very crowded place. My brain, your brain, parts of rather a lot of brains...
ReplyDeleteLee; have you searched the Bermuda Triangle?
ReplyDeleteElephant's Child; not to mention all those ships and their crews!
As annoying as it is about what you forget, it is amazing at times what you remember....often useless stuff.
ReplyDeleteIt does feel like that at times. And, is why I have post-it notes everywhere... a trail of little square yellow paper crumbs to important reminders.
ReplyDeleteYou too.
ReplyDeleteMerle.........
Andrew; always the useless stuff, like the colour of the plastic sandals my best friend wore in third grade. Brown.
ReplyDeleteVicki; I have lists and exercise book pages with notes that often get transferred to new pages when the first page has had several notes scribbled out.
Merle; yes, me too.
Oh yes, I hear what you are saying.
ReplyDeleteMimsie; thinking of the Bermuda Triangle, I wonder what would be found there if anyone ever managed to solve the riddle of it.
