The original Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and eventually taken over by a moveable feast of participants when Delores had computer troubles. Sadly, Delores has now closed her blog forever due to other problems. The aim of the words is to encourage us to write. A story, a poem, whatever comes to mind. If you are posting an entry on your own blog, please let us know so we can come along to read it and add a few encouraging words. This month the words/prompts are supplied by River (that's me) and can be found here This week's words/prompts are: 1. on the run 2. belong 3. street 4. breakfast 5. tent and this image: taken by "Genius" and allowed by Val . Also Charlotte's colour of the month which is Orient Red for September.
Good point.
ReplyDeleteYou know, if he had stayed off twitter from the get go, a lot more people would not be so anti Trump. We wouldn't have such a verbal portrait of the true man. He can only blame himself.
ReplyDeleteI hate Trump so much that I can't even make a comment!!
ReplyDeleteI really, really hope that I don't share many traits with Trump. Or our own politicians.
ReplyDeleteI will have to think about that. Trump has been an idiot with Twitter. As is said, better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you are a fool, than confirm it by opening your mouth.
ReplyDeleteI can't abide the (?)man. He talks, acts like a spoiled child.
ReplyDeleteThis is very likely to be correct, that we hate in others what we hate in ourselves. Gives me plenty to work on in my own self, that is for certain.
ReplyDeleteHe's had far more practice than we have!
ReplyDeleteHi River,
ReplyDeleteI don't agree with that.
And Trump is a law unto himself - the greatest living example of a malignant narcissist - perhaps with the exception of Putin!
:o)
Cheers
