I had an amusing statement for this, but lost it in the Grrr! and Aaargh!! of misfiring internet connections.

    Very funny and quite meaningful to me. I gave up shaving and grew a beard for this very reason and have had it ever since. That was 34 years ago...

    Joanne Noragon; if I ever manage to beat anything...it's hard to fight something that's just waves going through the air.

    Mimsie; I didn't listen to the budget on purpose, I'll get the gist of it in the weekend paper. I heard "more belt-tightening" and that's really all we need to know isn't it?

    klahanie; if Bedrock Broadband is not being able to connect anytime you want, that's what I've got.

    Susan; no more clubbing? I'd say the honeymoon is over then.

Words for Wednesday

 The original Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and eventually taken over by a moveable feast of participants when Delores had computer troubles. Sadly, Delores has now closed her blog forever due to other problems. The aim of the words is to encourage us to write. A story, a poem, whatever comes to mind.
