Musical Monday # 86

Musical Monday

I was introduced to Musical Monday by Delores who copied the meme from another site.

I think it’s a fun way to show off some of the music we like and brighten up our Mondays at the same time.

I’ll be finding my clips on you tube, so will simply credit that site since there are often so many versions of everything and I wouldn’t want to accidentally credit the wrong artist.

Today’s clip is: The Rolling Stones

 Harlem Shuffle

AND: Mick Jagger and David Bowie

Dancing In The Street

  4. The good old Stones...still rolling on. And, of course, the wonderful David, who will forever be remembered.

  5. As EC says, Bowie and Jagger really looked like they were having fun. Quite hard to do for a music clip, I would think.

  6. The cranky; you're welcome

fishducky; it's one of my favourites.

Elephant's Child; it did look like they enjoyed making that clip.

Lee; how much longer will they roll I wonder? Will never forget David Bowie.

Andrew; I think it's easy to look like you're having fun: if the two are friends, know the song well, and are allowed to do it the way they want.

  9. Barbara; party photos will be garden only and there's not many of them. I can't put my family or their friends on the internet, I promised them when I began this blog.

Margaret-whiteangel; it's one of my favourites too, it's good no matter who sings it.

  10. This is what it's about... two crazy gorgeous guys having outrageous fun and making great music!
    Should be more of it.
But, without the likes of Bowie, it'll never be the same.

  11. Vicki; it was a very fun video, clearly the boys enjoyed working together and you're right, it will never be the same without Bowie.
