    The walls moved for some folk up north a few days ago when the 5.8 magnitude earthquake off the coast from Bowen decided to shake things up a bit.

      Lee; 5.8? That's a pretty big one isn't it? We don't usually get them that big. I hope no one was hurt.

      No one was hurt,River and no severe damage was caused. Fortunately the epicentre was out to sea, somewhere between 50-70ks out, I think.

Words for Wednesday

 The original Words for Wednesday was begun by Delores and eventually taken over by a moveable feast of participants when Delores had computer troubles. Sadly, Delores has now closed her blog forever due to other problems. The aim of the words is to encourage us to write. A story, a poem, whatever comes to mind.
