River's computer is broken, I will attempt to fix it for her on the weekend, and unless it fixes itself before then she will be offline.

    My monitor is playing up something dreadful, image flickers and becomes coloured lines, then recovers for a while.

Sunday Selections #754

 Long ago, Kim of Frog Ponds Rock, (who no longer blogs), dreamed up a meme called Sunday Selections.  A place where those who were willing could put up photos they wanted to share, new, old, good, bad or indifferent, any photos you please.  Nothing rude or vulgar though. And we don't mind at all if other bloggers care to join us. The meme is now continued by Elephant's Child and I join in as do a few others. Andrew is one.  Messymimi is another. Drop in to their blogs and have a look. Wisewebwoman has also been joining us occasionally. Brother R came to visit and brought me some old paperwork belonging to my dad, who has been dead for 25 and a half years now.  They'd been stored in a container with moth balls and were quite stinky so I pegged them out on the clothes rack in the back porch three days later, most are now inside, but the heavier items such as dad's passports are still smelly so they are still out there.
